Philosophy

ABOUT DOING SWIMWEAR

Honestly yours. Our swimwear celebrates life. Embrace everything that comes your way. No more role models for self-optimization, whether in 36A or 44E. Body-hugging fashion has to fit first and foremost. To you, to your feelings, to your ventures. When our designers create bikinis and swimsuits, the focus is on quality to last, unconditional comfort and dedicated support of personality. That's exactly how we imagine the person we inspire to be LIDEA: she is uncompromisingly herself. We stop counting numbers in terms of age or clothing sizes and we encourage our customers to stop comparing. Wouldn't it be a shame not to enjoy every single day at the beach, every summerly hour, because you don't feel perfect. The best conditions are offered by swimwear in which you feel at home. In high-waist pants, in a multicoloured print, in a monochrome tank-suit or in a halterneck-top. Call them all BFF.

Sustainable Development

COMMITTED TO VALUES

Swimwear finds itself in the middle of a rebirth phase. This means sustainable production as well as responsible consumption. Our commitment does not end with the fabric, but extends throughout our entire value chain, because we aim at living a conscious vision of future driven swimwear. Water is love. That’s why LIDEA ECO SHAPE shows sustainability in a credible way: 100 percent recyclable or recycled components, cross-seasonal styles, a consciously set match of puristic forms and clean fabrics made in Europe.

Legal guarantee

Harmonised EU legal guarantee notice

Minimum two-year legal guarantee protection for goods sold in the European Union.

Consumers can claim their rights under the legal guarantee of conformity, for example if goods:

  • do not match the description;
  • do not function as intended.

Sellers are liable for any lack of conformity which existed when the goods were delivered, and which becomes apparent within the legal guarantee period. Sellers in such a situation are required to offer:

  • free repair or free replacement;
  • in some cases, a price reduction or full reimbursement.

Some countries have a longer legal guarantee period. For second-hand goods, a shorter period may apply, but not less than one year.

What to do if you receive non-conforming goods:

  1. Contact the seller as soon as possible to report the issue;
  2. Provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt, invoice, or bank statement.

Sellers and producers may also offer commercial guarantees, which apply independently from the legal guarantee. For example, you may see this GARAN label representing a commercial guarantee of durability offered by the producer at no additional cost and covering the entire good.

For more information on your rights in a specific country, visit the page below or ask the seller. https://europa.eu/youreurope/guarantees
